Yea, it doesnt seem quite as obvious who is saying what because my eyes naturally pickup the name out of the left side peripheral vision.

Yes yes, please put the avatars and names back on the left side. Most forums read with the avatars/names on the left side this is just FUBAR and is giving me a headache!

i fixed it. everyone else avatar that is resized need to go to:
ucp.php?i=profile&mode=avatar

then type in Avatar dimensions: correctly.
