Someone once told me the greatest MMO business model is based on 3 key principles

1) Attract as many people as you can
2) Keep the assholes happy by giving them people to mock/piss off and keep the achievement whores/cry-babies happy by protecting them from the assholes
3) Somehow do the above without pissing either group off
