We are looking for loyal gamers who want to actively contribute to OPP. OPP recruits must prove themselves as capable self motivated gamers with a similar casual playstyle. The purpose of OPP is to provide an enjoyable atmosphere where members can compete alongside capable friends. We are looking for people with entertaining personalities that enjoy all aspects of gaming.

Our pre-recruitment process is designed to weed out weak recruits. OPP is specifically looking for long term members interested in staying with the guild from game to game over time. We do not randomly invite people to join or sell our guild. It is a future recruit's responsibility to prove their worth.

New recruits will need to stand out from the crowd with personality and gaming savvy. OPP SB recruitment will be extremely selective due to small skale casual play ISB. OPP SB recruits should have experience with heal based characters and the ability to two box utility characters. A basic overview of the OPP recruitment process follows:
