OPP is currently recruiting loyal gamers who want to actively contribute to OPP. OPP recruits must prove themselves as capable self motivated gamers with a similar casual play style. The purpose of OPP is to provide an enjoyable atmosphere where members can compete alongside capable friends. We are looking for people with entertaining personalities that enjoy all aspects of gaming.

We are NOT looking for:
-Burnout gamers who play 12 hours a day for three months and then quit or “take a break” because they’re too retarded to balance their life with a healthy gaming hobby.
-Anyone looking for an immediate leadership role (a member may be considered for promotion to OPP Elder after one year).
-Anyone looking to receive more from their guild than they give.

Our pre-recruitment process is designed to weed out weak/selfish recruits. OPP is specifically looking for long term members interested in contributing to OPP from game to game for years to come. We do not randomly invite people to join or sell our guild. It is a future recruit’s responsibility to prove their worth.

New recruits will need to stand out from the crowd with personality and gaming savvy. OPP VG recruitment will be extremely selective due to VG’s recent launch. OPP VG recruits should have experience with durable templates that have the ability to cross-heal. A basic overview of the OPP recruitment process follows:
